Miso is finished enough to use every day — it is what we record our own calls with. It is not handed out yet for one reason, and it is worth being straight about it.
A Mac app has to be signed by Apple before it is safe to install from a website. Until Miso is notarised, macOS would tell you it cannot verify the developer, and "click through the scary warning" is not an install experience anybody should be asked to accept from a recording app.
That is being sorted. When it is done, this page becomes the download and nothing else about the app changes.
